Ciao a tutti siamo in ambito di federalismo fiscale svizzero, nella stessa frase mi trovo property taxes e wealth? come rendereste entrambe? Vi riporto lo frase da cui è tratta: Besides personal income and wealth (at 33%) and corporate profits (9%), property taxes (1%) and the motor vehicle duty (2.5%) are also an important source of tax revenue.

agree  Oscar Romagnone: yes! La "Property tax" è riferibile soprattutto ai beni immobili dei contribuenti, persone fisiche o giuridiche che siano. Quindi potrebbe venir resa con "imposta patrimonialie immobiliare/imposta sulla proprietà immobiliare"

agree  Oscar Romagnone: Dal dizionario Picchi la "Wealth tax" risulta essere un tipo imposta (patrimoniale) applicata sul patrimonio complessivo dei contribuenti, quindi anche sui loro beni mobili, ad una certa data. Ad ogni modo viene applicata per lo più "Una tantum. Ciao :-)
