Se puoi/vuoi omettere "especially".
Altrimenti anche qualcosa come:
"In questo specifico caso/Nella fattispecie, quando X1... X2 preferibilmente sarà"

L'unica soluzione che mi viene in mente è questa:

It is especially preferred: È specificamente preferibile
It is most especially preferred: È assolutamente preferibile
