I've found this in a clause detailing the copyrights in a sponsorship contract, stating basically that any and all such rights stay with the sponsoring company:
"Copyright. X will be the exclusive owner of any and all materials produced under this Agreement. To the extent that such copyright for any reason does not automatically inure to X, Athlete hereby assigns to X all right, title and interest in and to such work products. To the extent such assignment is not legally permissible, Athlete hereby irrevocably grants to X a perpetual, paid-up, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free and freely assignable license with the right to sublicense all such Athlete’s rights as a part of such work products. "
