direi che i 'dati sperimentali aggiuntivi' sono l'esempio quando la persona ha chiesto un brevetto solo parzialmente sostenuto da dati concreti, quindi a seconda del resto della frase, se è una richiesta di brevetto, contiene una rivendicazione profetica; se si tratta di un elenco di prove, ci saranno esempi comparativi e quelli profetici, immagino. (I do not claim expertise in the field, sorry)

Asker: Ok per "profetico" dunque, ma è un esempio, non una rivendicazione, corretto?

Asker: Dovrebbe essere l'esatto contrario di "empirico", ovvero esempi che si basano non su constatazioni sperimentali ma su risultati previsti, non ancora convalidati dall'esperienza. Credo che utilizzerò "profetico", grazie a tutti/e per i contributi.
