agree  Oscar Romagnone: Sono d'accordo anche se come traducente userei di preferenza 'conformità' (...sottoposti ad obbligo di conformità legale e fiscale) oppure, più semplicemente, in questo modo: "soggetti a controllo legale o fiscale".
