English to Italian translations [PRO]

English term or phrase: follow to join

I am translating a cv. I n it there's a list of US immigrations form, like "follow to join" and I am not sure if I should translate them with an Italian equivalent (like "ricongiungimento famigliare") ot if it is better to leave them in English as not all of them perfectly translates in Italian, Any suggestions? Thanks
