Si tratta di un obbligo annuale (annual report) che deve essere rispettato, dopo la sua costituzione, affinché una società mantenga "active status".
Si tratta ovviamente del pagamento di una tassa… e si intuisce cosa "active status" possa significare, tuttavia vorrei leggere le vostre proposte di traduzione.
