Nel testo trovo questa espressione per indicare beni che erroneamente siano stati trasferiti/non trasferiti, come una clausola di chiusura in caso di errore.
Trovo molto materiale in inglese, ma non capisco come tradurre tale espressione in italiano.

3.3 Wrong-Pocket Items
3.3.1 If XXXXX or YYYYY becomes aware within 88888 (88888) months following the Effective Date (with notice to be given in writing to the other party with copy to HHHH no later than three (3) months after the lapse of the 88888 (88888) months period) that
(i) any asset, liability, contract or other legal position (or parts thereof) was intended to be transferred to YYYYY pursuant to this Agreement, and/or
(ii) any asset, liability, contractor other legal position (or parts thereof) was intended not to be transferred to YYYYY pursuant to this Agreement
but such transfer or exclusion from transfer was not correctly effected by this Agreement (each such item a "Wrong-Pocket Item") Section 3.3.2 below shall apply.

Trattandosi una formula abbreviata per l'uso successivo, chiaramente definita da quanto precede, mi pare che un termine generico come "transazione" si presti senza problemi. Anche "operazione" potrebbe andare, ma forse sarebbe meno atto a comprendere nel significato l'esclusione dal trasferimento.
