L'espressione usata per indicare la firma congiunta è la seguente:

Mi domando se ci siano altre formule in italiano per rendere la formula "con poteri di firma congiunta", giusto per non tralasciare l'espressione originale "bind and engage" e "by two".

Una soluzione potrebbe essere "con poteri di firma congiunta di entrambi", ripetendo però un concetto già insito nella firma congiunta, ma rimane sempre quel "bind and engage" da rendere in italiano.

Explanation:
secondo me hai tradotto bene così. Io scriverei "legali rappresentanti con poteri di firma congiunta".
Non baderei troppo a tradurre "by two" che richiama il concetto di congiunto, così come "they can bind and engage" é tradotto più elegantemente in giuridichese italiano nominalizzando "can" in " poteri di", evitando giri di parole.
