Sto traducendo gli atti di un arbitrato. Dopo le informazioni preliminari, le deposizioni dei testimoni e prima del commento della corte e del lodo, trovo la pagina "summations by council". Dal testo, e' chiaro che sia il riassunto dei legali. TUttavia, non ho trovato la parola summations, e dovrebbe essere "counsel", non "council", a mio avviso.

Nel mio West's Law and Commercial dictionary ho trovato Summations come sinonimo di 'summing up' di cui ti che viene tradotto con 'ricapitolazione delle prove addotte' e viene inoltre citato 'counsel' invece di 'council'
