The supplier shall proof process capability as a binding part of the initial sampling inspection report (ISIR).
Upon request XXX shall be entitled, to receive the respective documentation (control charts, SPC; cpk-results), which demonstrate process stability and capability.
The supplier shall monitor the required process capabilities for all special characteristics in accordance with his Control Plan during series production.
If the required process capabilities are not achieved, process optimization actions are to be initiated immediately and suitable test methods are to be applied to meet the quality objective.
Furthermore a deviation permit must be submitted and approved by XXX prior to shipments of **non-capable products**.
