Siamo nell' ambito di un sito web di un' azienda, che si trova appunto nel cuore delle "Three Counties". Tale definizione si riferisce ad una specifica zona nel UK, compresa tra Birmingham e Bristol. E' meglio lasciarla non tradotta, altrimenti quale potrebbe essere la migliore resa?

Quindi metterei la traduzione italiana, ma tra virgolette perché "Tree Contee" comunque non mi sembra una traduzione attestata in ambito geografico, e tra parentesi una spiegazione di quali contee si tratta, visto anche che nel testo originale (ovviamente) non c'è alcun riferimento perché non ve n'è bisogno.
