A dirt trap has been installed in the chamber passage. in order to protect the solvent pump against chips and solid particles. Mesh size of this filter is approx. 200 µm
Access to this dirt trap is possible through the maintenance flap. The micro switch checks the position of the maintenance flap. (...)
Chip trap
Has to be cleaned several times a day. Do not use damaged filters. Clean trap. Be careful that no chip passes away of the housing. If this happens you have to remove the chip as soon as possible. Exchange damaged filter bags. Keep chip trap housing always clean.
