1. Prior to calibration, allow the sensor to warm up for approximately 10 minutes.
2. First ensure there is no gas present on the sensor. If combustible gas is suspected to be in the vicinity of the Sensepoint sensor, fit a **Flow Housing** accessory and flow clean air over the sensor.
3. Set the zero reading on the control system: applying zero gas to the sensor, the current at the controller end should be 4.0mA. If the mA output is not at the expected level when applying zero gas, perform a Zero Gas Calibration.
