English term or phrase: pushing
Q. Had you ever heard those vents making as loud a noise as that before?
A. It was like accelerating noise. It's pushing and gets slowly back and pushing -- how can I explain that?
Q. Like a kind of pulse?
A. Yes. Like accelerating the car.
Q. Right.
A. Like that, the noise. It is loud, and after that gets slowly, like motor getting slowly, slow down, and start again.
