sto traducendo un contratto di fornitura merce in conto deposito - e appaiono questi due termini che indicano un tipo di conteggio con cui vengono calcolate le vendite tra la chiusura dell'esercizio (es. 31/12) e la data effettiva di inventario (es 10/01) - viene utilizzato per i franchising in particolare.

Io lascerei la dicitura inglese, perché mi sembra un metodo di calcolo universale (es. LIFO/FIFO per il magazzino) - voi che ne dite?
