un moisturizer cattura la quantità d'acqua già presente nella cellula; l'hydrating cream invece apporta liquido.

Tutti i dizionari però riportano la stessa traduzione per entrambi i termini: idratante.

Anche in italiano c'è la stessa differenza. Una crema idratante ristabilisce il giusto livello di acqua nei tessuti mentre quella nutriente ristabilisce il film idrolipidico apportando anche sostanze grasse.
