Se la ricetta è come il primo link sotto, direi purè di cavolfiori gratinato col bacon perché il formaggio crea una crosta dorata e non è mischiato insieme al purè. Non ha l'aggiunta di uova o altro per poter sformarlo dal recipiente, e essendo di pochi ingredienti non lo chiamerei nemmeno un pasticcio.

Poi bacon vede lei se è caso di tradurlo o meno :)

Explanation:
Se è cavolfiore bollito poi messo al forno in una terrina con formaggi vari, direi che è più simile a uno sformato.

Asker: Mi sembra che ci siano anche le uova... come ho un attimo controllo e vi dico.. cmq si tratta proprio di prodotti Carb Manager (che compare una volta sola in tutto il testo) quindi il riferimento più utile è proprio il loro sito (e grazie x la consulenza... perché dalle foto io non ci capisco granché!)
