Il termine "lievito naturale" non è adatto, in inglese si chiama sourdough o natural yeast and contiene un sacco di diverse specie di organismi -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2015-01-30 15:52:17 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baker's_yeast Baker's yeast is the common name for the strains of yeast commonly used as a leavening agent in baking bread and bakery products, where it converts the fermentable sugars present in the dough into carbon dioxide and ethanol. Baker's yeast is of the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae,[1] which is the same species (but a different strain) commonly used in alcoholic fermentation, which is called brewer's yeast.[2] Baker's yeast is also a single-cell microorganism found on and around the human body. http://homebrew.stackexchange.com/questions/2706/baking-yeas... You could use baking yeast for brewing, as both yeasts are different strains of the same species, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, but brewers' strains have been cultivated for hundreds of years for specific attributes regarding flavor, attenuation, and consistency. Bakers' yeast hasn't gone through this selective breeding process. It will have a lower tolerance for alcohol, less flocculation, and tends to make beer that tastes, well, bready. non credo che la distinzione tra i due tipi esiste in italiano vedi Lievito a scaglie, integratore di benessere - Cure-Naturali.it www.cure-naturali.it › Dieta › Integratori naturali Translate this page Il lievito di birra è uno degli integratori naturali più utilizzati dall'antichità per ... forte, viene compresso in panetti morbidi ed è usato per la lievitazione del pane, ... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2015-01-30 19:27:00 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Ciao Simo, ho visto tutte queste cose, ma devo dirti, come panettiera, ho usato Baker's yeast in Inghilterra e "Lievito di Birra" in Italia per le stesse ricette! |
