Ciao! Potete aiutarmi con questi tipi di fiocchi d'avena? Ho le definizioni precise in inglese, ma mi servono termini precisi in italiano, perché spesso vengono utilizzati anche due alla volta nella stessa ricetta...

Io pensavo a fiocchi d'avena schiacciati/fiocchi d'avena interi/fiocchi d'avena istantanei, ma ogni suggerimento è ben accetto. Grazie mille!

Rolled/quick oats: these are the little oatmeal crumbs that results from crushing the intact jumbo oat grain. Since they are reduced in size they cook quicker and break down more readily.

Jumbo/slow oats: the little rounded, oval oats used in making oatmeal or porridge. Used in baking they tend to keep their shape. Since they are more intact, they need more time in the pot or oven to absorb iquid and become tender.

Per i jumbo oats invece direi chicchi d'avena o avena in chicchi, mi par di capire che sono questi dalla tua descrizione.
