Explanation:
Direi così, più che altro perché la preparazione è proprio diversa rispetto alle capesante al gratin, che prevedono cottura al forno e principalmente con l'uso di pangrattato e olio.
Mentre le seared diver scallops sono cotte/scottate velocemente in padella...
