IT’S 7.00AM, AND ERIC FINDS HIMSELF NOT IN THE WARM STUDIO BUT A SHED THEY USE AS THEIR OUTSIDE BROADCAST KITCHEN. ERIC’S ON IN JUST OVER HALF AN HOUR; AT LEAST WE THINK IT’S ERIC. BUT HE’S NOT JUST SHORT OF TIME, HE’S SHORT OF A FEW BEAR ESSENTIALS. ERIC DIDN’T REALISE HE NEEDS TO BRING HIS OWN EQUIPMENT; HAS NO DECENT KNIFE, SCALES TO WEIGH THE INGREDIENTS OR PANS.
