Che sia un refuso o meno, la mia traduzione non cambia. In tutti gli esempi che ho visto in rete in inglese, voliage sembra proprio stare per foglie. L'espressione che ho usato è un termine tecnico che si usa per indicare l'atto di ricoprire le piantine con foglie o altro materiale per proteggerle.

agree  Giuseppe Bellone: A parte il refuso , penso lo sia, pacciamatura è il termine tecnico per copertura come dici. Parlando di "voliage" in rete credo siano tutti refusi , la parola secondo me non esiste.
