Explanation:
Ovvio che dipende anche da cosa viene dopo i due punti... Se dopo i due punti c'è proprio qualcosa tipo "vieni a vedere...", allora qui andrebbe una resa più letterale, come quella proposta da LJ. Tipo: "Ogni 10 ... , ma non (devi) prenderci in parola/fidarti ciecamente di noi, vieni ...", anche se secondo me in quel caso il passaggio si potrebbe comunque omettere e passare subito alla parte successiva (l'invito a verificare di persona).
