In un contratto di lavoro (Danimarca), nell'inquadramento economico sono previste delle provvigioni a integrazione dello stipendio base. (gli importi di seguito riportati sono indicativi)

Commission:
You will be eligible for commission, the target annual amount of which will be DKK 500,000.00 including a ***DRAW*** of (i) DKK 1,100,000.00 for the first month of your employment (ii) DKK 70,000.00 for the second full month of employment and (iii) DKK 50,000.00 for the third full month of your employment, each recoverable against commissions earned in that period.
We will provide a commission plan under a separate cover letter.
If you are hired between the 1st and the 15th, you will begin to earn your ***DRAW*** in the month you are hired.
Your first ***DRAW*** will be based on 100% of your monthly variable target incentive.
The following month you will earn a ***DRAW*** equal to 75% of your monthly variable target incentive and 50% the following month.
If you are hired between the 16th and the 31st, you will begin to earn your ***DRAW*** the following month which will be equal to 100% of your monthly variable target incentive.
The following month you will earn a ***DRAW*** equal to 75% of your monthly variable target incentive and 50% the month after.
All ***DRAWS*** are paid in the payroll of the month immediately after the month to which the ***DRAW*** relates.
