Szerintem letapadáskor keletkezik ez a sérülés, illetve foci közben a boka is ugyanígy sérülhet.

Itt letapadáson a talp talajhoz képesti fix helyzetét értem. Nem tud elcsúszni, ezért a külső erőhatás, például egy rosszul sikerült becsúszószerelés energiája a térd vagy boka kifordításában jelentkezik, nem a teljes láb arrébb lökésében.
