alapvetöen természetesnek tekintett módon határozza meg a szervezet saját magáról... stb.
bocsi, de itt nem tudok hosszú ö-t írni.

Explanation:
Sajna éppen nincs munkám, és a családom sincs itthon, így Gábor, kivételesen engedd meg, hogy egy teljes mondattal pályázzak. Gondolom amúgy sem az a problémád, hogy ne értenéd a jelzett kifejezést.

A szervezeti kultúra Edgar Schein meghatározása szerint nem más, mint egy szervezet tagjai által vallott alapfeltételezések és meggyőződések öntudatlanul működő rendszere, amely az adott szervezet önmagáról és környezetéről alkotott képét a "miért-tán-nem-így-van?" logikája mentén határozza meg.

Felülbírálnám magam:
A fenti "logikának" épp az a lényege, hogy az elgondolója elméjében soha nem kérdőjeleződik meg, hanem mindig készpénznek veszi. Company Policy. Most úgy írnám, hogy az "így-van-és-kész" logikája mentén.
