agree  Annamaria Amik: Simán kereset, jogkereset elavult, a mai jogszabályban nincs. Jogsértés megállapítása iránti kereset is lehet, a Szjt a "jogsértés" fogalmát használja. http://net.jogtar.hu/jr/gen/hjegy_doc.cgi?docid=99900076.TV
