"The EEAP provides the employees and the members of the board of directors of xxxx with an opportunity to obtain non-tradable options and/or Restricted Share Units (RSUs) free of charge. Depending on the position 100% non-tradable options, 50% non-tradable options plus 50% RSUs or 100% RSUs are granted. For this purpose xxxx will send out the invitations to the eligible persons beginning of February 2012. During a period of about 30 days the eligible persons have to accept or reject the award."
