Definition of Time Apportionment – when an employee is located in more than one location during the taxation period, the company will allocate proportionally the time spent in each location and apply a final blended tax withholding rate, as well as allocate the costs amongst the application locations.

–An employee who moves locations during the taxation period is referred to as a mobile employee.
–If an employee relocates during the taxation period, it is likely the equity grant will be subject to taxes in more than one jurisdiction. When this happens, the company will take into account all taxing jurisdictions to ensure that tax obligations have been satisfied.
–Employee relocations can take the following forms: (1) an employee moves from one country to another via a local package; (2) an employee moves from one state to another state (U.S. only); (3) employee who move off/on global assignments.

Ugy gondolom, a "Szolgalati ido idoaranyos elszamolasa" a megfelelo kifejezes, a forditas egy multinacionalis ceg munkavallalo reszvenyprogramjahoz kapcsolodik (A ceg eredetileg amerikai) ha ez segit. Sajnos nincs sok tapasztalatom arra vonatkozoan hol milyen kifejezeseket hasznalnak, igy a valasz mindenkepp hasznos es nagy segitseg volt! A szovegkornyezet egyertelmuen adozasra utal, nyugdijszamitasrol itt nincs szo.

  -> Magyarországon nem biztos, hogy az adózásban is használják, de az USA-ban és Kanadában igen, mivel minden államnak és tartománynak más az adótörvénye és a fordítanivaló valószínűleg nem magyarországi helyzetet tükröz, ha angolról magyarra történik.
