history of ownership / ownership history = provenance provenancia / eredetigazolás Explanation: Emlékeztem erre a kérdésre, "nagy port kavart annak idején." Én változatlanul kiállok a válaszom mellett. http://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_hungarian/law:_contract... Visszatérve a kérdésedre. Tudom, hogy a history of ownership előtt or-t írnak a szövegedben, előtte pedig a provenance szerepel, de a kettő ugyanaz. Szerintem a szövegedben az or itt egyenlőségjelet jelent. OR = azaz más néven. http://www.dia.org/art/provenance.aspx Provenance — the history of an artwork's ownership — has always been an important component of curatorial research at the Detroit Institute of Arts. http://www.getty.edu/museum/research/provenance/ These pages present the J. Paul Getty Museum's continuing research on the provenance (history of ownership) of works in its collection during the period 1933 to 1945, that is, from the rise to power of the Nazi party to its defeat. http://www.npg.org.uk/assets/files/pdf/displays/beyondthegal... Understanding the History of Ownership What is ‘provenance’? When applied to art objects the word ‘provenance’ is used to refer to the origin of a work and where it has been since it was created. The provenance of a painting often describes who has owned the picture over time. There are sometimes marks on the backs of paintings which can help to trace its history. For example, fragments of a label on the back of the portrait previously thought to be the Duke of Monmouth (NPG 1566), on display in this room, suggest that the portrait was previously owned by the Wray family (see image top right). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 27 mins (2012-08-06 15:47:37 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Azért nem dobott ki hasznosat, mert a régi kudozban a kérdés nem history of ownership volt, hanem maga az angol provenance szó: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_hungarian/law:_contract...
