A client asked me as a favour to type out some Devanāgarī meaning "If you would like this leaflet translated, in large print, or on CD please telephone 01234 567 890" -- they already had a printed example to copy, so I asked a colleague, who identified it as Indian Punjabi, and kindly typed it out for me. Now the client's come back and said "actually, it turns out it was wrong in the first place, it was meant to be Hindi". D'oh!

This must be a very common sentence (I suspect it appears on the back of just about all public sector documents in the UK), but with my limited skills, searching Google via good old Google Translate or an Indian MT system I found didn't result in any definitive version, so I hope someone on ProZ can help.

FWIW, the Punjabi was "ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਲੀਫ਼ਲੈਟ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ, ਮੋਟੇ ਛਾਪੇ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸੀ ਡੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ 01234 567 890 'ਤੇ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਕਰੋ।" while the Hindi MT versions are:
(1) जे तुम इस लीफ़लैट का अनुवाद करवाना , मोटे छापे में अथवा इस का था डी चाहते हो , तो कृपा कर कर 01234 567 890 उत्ते फ़ोन करए
(2) अगर आप इस लीफ़लैट का अनुवाद करवाना, मोटे छापे में या इस की थी डी चाहते हो, तो कृपा कर कर 01234 567 890 पर फ़ोन करो।
(3) किसी अन्य भाषा, बड़े प्रिंट में या सीडी पर इस पुस्तिका की एक प्रति के लिए, 01234 567 890 नंबर पर कॉल करें
(4) यदि आप इस पुिःतका बड़े अक्षरों में या सीडी पर अनुवाद करना चाहते हैं कृपया 01234 567 890 टेलीफोन
(I'm curious if any of them happen to be at all usable.)
