I'm currently writing a novel and I require an accurate translation that is a transliterated version. I also require to know how the translation is spoken.

Change in the sense of how someone sees the world. Their viewpoint has drastically been changed.

the most accurate word in hebrew for change is shinuy (שינוי)- in most contexts, including this one, it is the simplest choice.
However, the word he'arah (הארה) might also suit your context. It is equivalent to the word illumination, but used in this sense more often than in English. Note: it necessarily implies a change for good in one's viewpoint.
