This is the most common and frequently used term for "Bait-and-Switch" in Hebrew.

It is a common (and quite annoying) fraudulent business tactic in which a retailer is advertising an offer for a popular product for a great price (Bait), but when the customer arrives to the store, it seems like it "ran out of stock" and other, less lucrative offers are presented (switch).
