English term or phrase: Late bloomers
Late bloomers were children who talked late but caught up and had normal development from then on. The late bloomers, the majority of the late talking group, were distinguished early by the fact that they had very rich gesture language before they were fully talking.

late bloomers
άτομα με αργοπορημένο ξεκίνημα

Explanation:

Explanation:

Notes to answerer
Asker: Συγνώμη αλλά ξέχασα να σας πω ότι το κείμενο αναφέρεται σε παιδιά με γλωσσικές δυσκολίες. Επομένως το "late bloomers" θα πρέπει να αποδοθεί αλλιώς. Καμία ιδέα;late bloomers were children who talked late but caught up and had normal development from then on.
