Ανθρωπόκαινο/Ανθρωποκαινική εποχή Explanation: είναι το ίδιο με το Anthropocene http://tinyurl.com/59aumc -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 35 mins (2008-05-28 12:32:43 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- ο Νίκος έχει δίκιο, το anthropocy είναι λάθος: Wrong word Sir: Re "Jeffrey Sachs is wrong once again: rising population isn't going to destroy the planet" by Dominic Lawson (Opinion, 13 April). There was a typographical error on the BBC website of Jeffrey Sachs' R4 Reith lecture (11 April) and as a result Mr Lawson quoted the word " anthropocy" inaccurately. The correct word is "anthropocene", a neologism coined by Nobel laureate Paul Crutzen. JIM FRANK PRODUCER , BBC RADIO 4 |
