Ιαπωνικό πολυκόμπι Explanation: Ιαπωνικό πολύγονο, ή πολυκόμπι, ουσιαστικά δεν υπάρχει στα Ελληνικά σε καμία σοβαρή (κατά την αποψή μου) αναφορά. Κοινότατο όμως ζιζάνιο στην Ελλάδα, Β. Αφρική και Ευρώπη είναι το Πολυκόμπι, Polygonum aviculare. Επειδή η ονομασία αυτή είναι απολύτως καθιερωμένη, θα αντιστοίχιζα το Polygonum σε Πολυκόμπι και όχι σε Πολύγονο. Το πολύγονο, αναφέρεται λανθασμένα συνήθως σε διαφημιστικά καλλωπιστικών. Example sentence(s):
