Closed overhead rack

NO, I have NOT but neither have I heard an air-stewardess tell people to put their luggage in the 'CLOSED OVERHEAD RACKS'.

You used a descriptive term to say the same thing. We all have traveled by planes...have you ever heard an air-stewardess saying "κλειστό επάνω ράφι";

To be precise 'rack'= κρεμαστάρι/ράφι. However, we don't know where. By me, it is badly written, as it says ''closed'' and if 'closed' then it becomes a cupboard, ΒUT an 'OVERHEAD' (Απάνω ή ψηλά) κρεμαστάρι/ράφι/(ερμάρι).
Where does it say HAND LUGGAGE CUPBOARD?? Or do I have to assume it is the latter. It could be in a Ship, in which case you can put your luggage on the floor.
