Dear all,

does anyone have an idea what "space shoes" might be? White, worn in the 1960s by a school nurse. Googling the current use might be misleading, so I thought I'd better ask. If anyone also has a suggestion for a German translation all the better, but the meaning alone would help, too. Thank you!

In den 60ern wurden die Schuhe für Krankenschwestern auch als White Clinic Shoes bezeichnet - siehe Bild Vintage 1950's 60's White Clinic Shoe Womens 6 : https://www.pinterest.at/pin/54606214216777006/
