Temporary Document Explanation: Falls es um ITU ging... Dies scheint mir ein branchen- oder sogar unternehmensinterner Begriff zu sein. Ich verzichte deshalb auf eine deutsche Entsprechung. Man könnte allenfalls direkt nachfragen, ob bereits ein deutscher Begriff existiert.
