From an SAP instruction manual:

I got all the different steps on how to create a RCF destination like
Step 1 Type in the name of the “RFC DESTINATION”. For example, system ID and client.
Step 2 Type in “CONNECTION TYPE” as ‘3’ (Connection to R/3 System).
...
Then Step 11 Do 11a if you do not want to be prompted to log on to the source system. This option should also be used when you want to submit DSM in the background using transfer method “Transfer via RFC”.
Do 11b if you want to be prompted to log on to the source system.

And then something called
NB Note:
If the user name and password is added to the RFC destination it is a security risk, due to the fact that the user will not be prompted for their user name and password.
This allows any user to retrieve data from the source system without the user having that specific authorization.

Ausser der Abkürzung für Notebook (Zugang zu SAP via Notebook) gibt es bei SAP noch den Vergleichsoperator NB (NotBetween).
Bin allerdings nur SAP-Dilettant

Ich vermute, dieser Text existierte schon einmal in Deutsch, da SAP seine Zentrale hier hat. Auf Deutsch wird das Wort "Nachbemerkung" teils mit "NB abgekürzt, und das scheint mir ins Englische übertragen worden zu sein.
