in einem Patent heißt es:

printing on the substrate a plurality of images by a inkjet print head disposed near to the substrate, the images being separated from each other in the web direction at a pitch interval

ist die Übersetzung: wobei die Bilder in der Bahnrichtung in einem Abstandsintervall voneinander getrennt sind

korrekt? Ich habe "Abstandsintervall" sonst nicht gefunden. Vielen Dank.

In deutschen Patenten wird bei der Entsprechung von pitch intervall von einem Intervall (Abstand) von einem Bild zum anderen Bild gesprochen:

Aufzeichnung in der Hauptabtastrichtung mit einer konstanten Geschwindigkeit entladen, dann beträgt das Intervall (Abstand) von dem aufgezeichneten Bild des ersten Blocks zum aufgezeichneten Bild des sechzehnten Blocks etwa 60 µm, wenn eine Aufzeichnungsdichte von 400 DPI (dot per inch, Punkte pro Zoll) eingestellt wird (siehe Fig. 1C). - see http://www.patent-de.com/19970626/DE69029534T2.html

neutral  Rolf Keller: In dem zitierten Satz sind mit "Bildern" in Wahrheit Bildelemente (einige wenige Pixel) gemeint, und die sind nicht in der beschriebenen Weise "separated". Entweder stimmt der AT nicht, oder das zitierte Patent passt nicht dazu. Ich tippe auf das Letztere
