neutral  tectranslate ITS GmbH: Agree that "-array" will probably work in German. The target audience _should_ know what you're talking about. If you do need a translation (some of the "German" results are EN, btw), "CCD-Feld" might be it. Check http://www.google.de/search?q=ccd-feld
