It is not uncommon for the fictional title to be used figuratively - in nexspapers, for example (NY Times, search since 1851). You would have to decide if the tone is appropriate to the article. The present translation seems perfectly fine, although I agree with your hunch that the "where" at the beginning seems a little strange. |
