Hello, can anybody help me with this one?

Wrap up with a brief statement reinforcing the idea that being able to discuss and identify complications will help to build rapport with their client as they move through the different aspects of the selling ceremony. -Discussing their watch may be a great part of your welcome, discover, or *present phase*.-

The text is about how sales professionals ought to build rapport with their customers who might want to buy a watch. When checking the different phases of a "Verkaufsgespräch" I went for "Willkommens-, Informations- oder Produktkontaktphase" – but I am not entirely happy with this. How would you call these phases?
