Ich hab den Begriff erstmal mit "Arbeitszeitplanungsmethoden" übersetzt, aber das kann man bestimmt besser lösen. Danke für eure Vorschläge!

Es geht hier meiner Meinung nach nicht um die Planung der Arbeitszeit, sondern darum, dass die Mitarbeiter für Zeiten, die sie an der Arbeitsstätte verbringen, nicht bezahlt werden, und dass teilweise gar keine festen Arbeitszeiten vereinbart sind (no set work schedules at all).

Danke euch beiden! Ich hab mal "Arbeitszeitberechnung" genommen, hab aber den Kunden darauf hingewiesen, dass es eventuell auch "Arbeitszeitplanung" bedeuten könnte.
