a) Es ist schwierig, eine „einheitliche Version der Wahrheit“ in unserem Unternehmen zu erfassen, um die Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen

b) Im Rahmen der Entscheidungsfindung ist es schwierig, die Realität objektiv zu erfassen

Anbei die Variante, für die ich mich kürzlich entschieden habe.

Gemeint ist, dass alle beteiligten Führungskräfte von denselben Informationen ausgehen, also Zugriff auf identischen Datenbestand haben, um bei der Entscheidungsfindung vom gleichen Kenntnisstand auszugehen

Ich habe einige Möglichkeiten gefunden:

- eine einheitliche Version der Wirklichkeit (siehe auch die Antwort des Kollegen)

aber auch:

eine einzige zuverlässige Informationsquelle

was einer etwas freieren Übersetzung entspricht und durchaus in deinen Kontext passen würde.
