Statt "Führungsstil und Struktur" würde ich "Führung und Organisation" vorschlagen.

Abgesehen von ***internen Einflussfaktoren*** auf die Unternehmenskultur wie Führungsstil oder Unternehmensorganisation wird die Kultur auch von der Beziehung des Unternehmens zu seinem Umfeld und sowie zu externen Stakeholdern wie Kunden, Anlegern und Regulierungsbehörden beeinflusst.
