English term or phrase: Designation

Dies ist ein Begriff, der in einer Kalkulationssoftware verwendet wird. Der Kunde hat hierzu folgende Erläuterung geliefert:
"A designation is a collection of other items that are used together. For example I may have to install a toilet. For every toilet I know that I will always require a drainage pipe, inflow pipe, the toilet itself, and a seat for the toilet. For the sake of convenience I could bundle these pieces into a single designation. Then when I choose the "toilet designation" it will automatically bundle those parts into the list of material I need for the job."
Klingt ein bisschen nach Baugruppe (assembly); Baugruppe wird vom Kunden wie folgt von "Designation" abgegrenzt: "An assembly is a collection of pieces into a greater whole, much like a designation, but with more specific sizing information. It is a more precise designation."
Es handelt sich wohl um eine Art Bauteilzuordnung, aber mir fehlt der passende Begriff...
