Die Matrixorganisation stellt in Deinem Fall wohl die einzelnen Produktgruppen (brass-ware, ceramics....) innerhalb einer Zeile nebeneinander als Spalten dar und die FUNKTIONEN übereinander in einzelnen Zeilen.

Sie sind also in einem Raster zu... angeordnet.

Eine schönere Formulierung fällt mir im Moment nicht ein, deshalb nur mittleres Konfidenzniveau.

Nur am Rande: Der AT scheint nicht perfekt zu sein. In der ersten Zeile dürfte es nicht "production departments" heißen, sondern "product departments".

Hoffe das hilft schon mal ein Stückchen weiter.
